Home inspector licenses expire annually on September 30th. In order to renew a license, inspectors need to complete 8 hours of elective education and 4 hours of mandatory education. The four hour mandatory education is offered through the licensing board and is conducted in a classroom setting. Please contact the North Carolina licensing board for more information.
