Governing Body: Mississippi Real Estate Commission
Insurance: A Licensed Mississippi Home inspector must hold no less than $250,000.00 for general liability and no less than $250,000.00 for errors and omissions insurance.
Qualifications to Become a Licensed Home Inspector
Education
a) High school or equivalent
b) Successfully completed an approved course of study of at least 60 hours
Testing
a) Have passed an examination as prescribed by the
commission (National Exam)
