Qualifications to become a Licensed Home Inspectors

Must be 18 years of age and have completed the following education requirements:

Education

a) High school diploma or GED

b) 90 hours of Approved Home Inspection Education

Additional

a) Carry E and O Insurance

b) Pass an Examination Administered by the State
